Pranic Healing, Healing Touch , or Reiki are forms of energy therapy in which practitioners consciously use their hands in a heart-centered and intentional way to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Pranic Healing is done using specific mantras passed down by my teachers. These are repeated silently while doing energy.
