Catherine began her adventure into the world of Yoga over 20+ years ago. Grateful for the many benefits of Yoga practice, she found a way to help her with depression and anxiety, as well as additional support for ADHD challenges. Catherine is also a mother of two adult children, her youngest son having Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy that she is a full time caregiver for. The "tools" of Yoga and Mindfulness have been invaluable for her, to help with the daily challenges that being a parent and caregiver have to a child with a fatal illness.

Dr. Todd Shulfer
Todd Shulfer has been on a constant pursuit of truth since his early life. This journey has taken him from a philosophy major at UW-Oshkosh to Palmer College of Chiropractic where he attained his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Dr. Shulfer furthered his education with a Master of Science degree in Oriental Medicine in Racine, WI while practicing as a chiropractor.
Through a study of Zen, Astanga Yoga, and Wing Chun Kung Fu, Todd started an awakening process that led to him to stop searching for answers outside of himself. True Healing comes from within.
Dr. Shulfer considers himself to be a mere witness and a facilitator to healing as others awaken to this very same truth. He is honored to serve the Fox Valley Community.

Kaye Krueger is a Reiki Master of Usui-Tibetan System and Karuna Reiki. She has a Masters degree in Counseling. Kaye is certified as a Crystal and Chakra Healer from Life Changing Energy,. She is Level 1 certified in Sound Healing from Life Changing Energy. Kaye is also trained in Rainessence Aroma Therapy and Energetic Stone Healing through Health and Healing Zone.
