​My journey on this path called "life" has led me to continue to learn how to heal myself but also to guide others to help them heal themselves. To teach self awareness, self love, and self confidence to make compassionate and nourishing choices. 
I am a mother of four unique  beautiful and amazing children. My holistic path started when I was introduced to yoga in 2000. Shortly after I became a yoga teacher in 2003 as well as working and managing natural food stores for 10 years  In 2007, became an Ayurvedic Practitioner and then in 2019 became a Reiki Master.  I have expanded my practice and became a Bio-Energetic Practitioner in 2023. Through out the years I have studied other modalities like Healing Touch, meditation, aromatherapy, muscle testing and my hidden long time passion for tantra, sexuality and sensuality. I am also finishing my cacao facilitator training to offer cacao ceremonies near and far.
I am hear to walk along side my clients to guide them to have patience and confidence to trust their own journey.
